Freestyle Returns

Sometimes you change your mind, and that is why Freestyle is commited to making your return experience easy and convenient. 

FREESTYLEONLINE.COM offers a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for credit, exchange or refund within 14 days from receipt of merchandise. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and in the original condition in which they were sent, including original packaging. A copy of your sales receipt is required. Shipping charges are not refundable unless we shipped the wrong or defective merchandise. When returning items to us, we recommend shipping by UPS. Refunds of credit card purchases will be in the form of credits to the same card. It takes 3–5 business days to process a return after it arrives to us. To return a product:

1. Request an RMA. If you have registered, just log into your account, and choose "My Returns" from the left-hand side menu. If you ordered as a guest, please click the link below to obtain an RMA.

2. Choose "Request a New Return", and a list of your previous orders will appear. Select the items you wish to return, and then click "Next Step".

3. Fill in the required information (reason for return, condition of item, etc.) and click "Next Step", and follow the instructions.

4. Ship us the item.

5. Confirm that the item has been shipped. 

Once the item is received and reviewed, a refund will be issued.
