Freestyle Returns

Freestyle is commited to making your return experience easy and convenient. 

FREESTYLEONLINE.COM offers a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for credit, exchange or refund within 14 days from receipt of merchandise. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and in the original condition in which they were sent, including original packaging. A copy of your sales receipt is required. Shipping charges are not refundable unless we shipped the wrong or defective merchandise. When returning items to us, we recommend shipping by UPS. Refunds of credit card purchases will be in the form of credits to the same card. It takes 3–5 business days to process a return after it arrives to us. Merchandise missing suit liners, parts, accessories, tags or original packaging

 Returns Quick Notes - If we can't see your RA# printed on the OUTSIDE of your package, it will be refused. We will not open a package to check for RA#'s. We must be able to see the RA# on the outside of the package when it's delivered to us, or else it will be returned to you and no credit will be given. All items must be returned with complete original tags still attached. We cannot accept returned items without complete original tags. If the original tags are not included with your return, we will send the items back to you, and no return or exchange will be processed.

Please use a shipping carrier that will provide you with a tracking number and insure your return package for the purchase price of the item(s).

THE RETURN ITEM(S) MUST BE RECEIVED BY US WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE TIME THE RA# IS ISSUED, OR IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU AND NO CREDIT OR EXCHANGE WILL BE ISSUED.

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return or exchange once we receive your package.  You will be notified by email when your return/exchange has been processed.

For all items that are being exchanged and the new product is being sent immediately: We will charge your credit card for the new product shipment, but we will credit it back when we receive your return. All shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

To return a product:

1. Request an RMA. If you have registered, just log into your account, and choose "My Returns" from the left-hand side menu. If you ordered as a guest, please click the link below to obtain an RMA.

2. Choose "Request a New Return", and a list of your previous orders will appear. Select the items you wish to return, and then click "Next Step".

3. Fill in the required information (reason for return, condition of item, etc.) and click "Next Step", and follow the instructions.

4. Ship us the item.

5. Confirm that the item has been shipped. 

Once the item is received and reviewed, a refund will be issued.
